Bull Race 2007 - Chonburi

This year's bull race, the 146th anniversary, took again place in front of the City Hall in Chonburi on 24-Oct-07

Like everywhere else in Thailand visitors were welcome by lovely smiles.

It was a true spectacle for the crowd, but everybody had to find shelter from the scorching midday heat.

The water buffaloes were brought in from all over Thailand to take part in this competition.

Even though protected from the sun under shelters they had to be frequently refreshed with splashes of water.

The owners are taking well care of their animals.

IVAN - The Hunk

IVAN, my neighbor in Jomtien Beach, is a real hunk from Canada with beautiful tattoos on his muscular body.

... he is very sporting, loves swimming

... and cycling in Jomtien. He recently took up Muay Thai.

Ripley's 'Most Beautiful 'Wo-man' 2007, Pattaya - Post 1

On We May 9, the annual event 'Ripley's Most Beautiful Wo-Man 2007' took place again in Pattaya's Royal Garden Plaza. 30 participants competed for the title in front of an excited crowd of hundreds of onlookers and the local media. The show was a spectacle of colors, sound and actions.
